Q: How does the PupPad work?
Our PupPad is a reusable pee pad with 4 layers: a pheromone-treated top layer that naturally attracts your dog, an absorbent core, an anti-microbial layer that neutralizes odor, and a waterproof anti-slip backing that keeps the pad in place.
Q: Do I need to train my dog to use it?
Most dogs take to it right away thanks to the natural pheromone infusion. For dogs that are new to pad training, place the PupPad in the spot they already go and reward them when they use it.
Q: Is the PupPad safe for puppies?
Yes — the PupPad is designed to be safe for dogs of all ages, including puppies.
Q: Will it stain my hardwood floors?
The anti-slip waterproof backing is designed to prevent leaks. As long as you replace or wash the pad regularly, your floors are protected.
Q: How many pads do I need?
For a single small dog, we recommend 2–3 pads so you always have a clean one while the other is being washed. For multiple dogs or larger dogs, 4–6 pads.
Care & Maintenance
Q: How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold with mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid fabric softener and bleach — both can break down the pheromone layer and absorbent core.
Q: How long does one PupPad last?
With proper care, a PupPad lasts 300+ washes — replacing dozens of disposable pads and saving you money over time.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days within the U.S. Shipping is free on every order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
Q: What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee on unused, unopened PupPads. For hygiene reasons, used pads can't be returned.
Q: What if my PupPad arrives damaged?
Email us at tgood09910@gmail.com within 7 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement.
